About Your Donations:

All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Park Slope Brooklyn is our fiscal sponsor, accepting and coordinating all monetary donations.

100% of donations go directly to resettlement activities for refugee families that we are sponsoring. No donations to Brooklyn Neighbors for Refugees are received for the benefit of All Saints’ Church. All Saints’ and HIAS-NY both have financial oversight processes (audits) to ensure funds are properly spent for the benefit of resettled refugee families.

See our Financing and Fundraising FAQs for more information.

Are you accepting physical items, like furniture or food?

We prefer that donations are monetary or that physical items be purchased through our wish list, which contains items that the families have identified that they need.

Can donors know more about the families we resettle?

HIAS-NY, our refugee resettlement agency partner, has strict privacy rules about the sponsored family. We can share, for example, that we have already sponsored a small family from Afghanistan with an expectant mother, but other, more private details, must be kept confidential.
